 Training and Nutrition Programs

Welcome to the Training and Nutrition program page. There are  two options with all the programs available, the first is to have one on one training sessions and nutrition consultation with us and the second choice is to use our online and coaching call service. Each one will give you exercise programs to follow and the knowledge and tools to boost your metabolism with a healthy eating plan. Each program is designed to move you further forward to reach your goals, starting with the basic "let get going" program, right up to the more intense "lets get serious" program.

 One-on-one Training

With the one-on-one training program will meet up and carry out a fitness assessment and discuss your goals and any medical issues that will affect your workouts. After this we will meet at a predetermined time and place for an hour long Personal Training session. The nutrition consultation will begin by the client filling out a RPE Fitness food log for 6 days, which will then be analysed and results, conclusions and recommendations then made at an hour long consult, if the program chosen includes follow up meeting/s then these will be carried out at intervals over the course of the training session period.

Online training

The on line training option will work similarly to the one-on-one training, except it will be carried out over the Internet and by phone conversation. The client will be given a questionnaire to complete about their current health and fitness and any medical issues that could affect their training program. A fitness test will be given to them to carry out and the result will be noted and sent back to RPE Fitness, an exercise program will then be drawn up to suit their fitness level and exercise equipment that is currently available to them whether at their local gym or at home. The nutrition consult will be carried out in the same way as with the one-on-one program except the consultant and follow ups will be a phone conversation.


 

Let's Get Going

 

Let's get going is for the person who wants a kick start with their fitness program. The 4 week program will help you if have hit a plateau or you used to train regularly and just need to get back on the wagon and into a regular routine again.

Let's Get Fitter

 

Let's get fitter is for the client who will need a little more direction with their training requirements. The 8 week program allows for different exercise routines to be given and it comes with a free follow up nutrition consultation

Let's get stronger is for the client who will need a more time with their training requirements to improve there fitness over a longer term. The 12 week program allows for different exercise routines to be given and it comes with a free follow up nutrition consultation

Let's lose some inches is for the client who will some coaching to really get them on track with their training requirements. The 16 week program allows for a good variation of different exercise routines to be given, time to adjust the eating plan and it comes with two free follow up nutrition consultations
